37th European Symposium on Occultation Projects (ESOP)

It is a great pleasure to invite all interested parties to Rokycany, Czech Republic for the 37th European Symposium on Occultation Projects. IOTA-ESs annual conference will, as always, include talks and lectures as well as interesting excursions.
Hosting town is Rokycany (Czech pronunciation: [ˈrokɪtsanɪ]), town in the Plzen region, about 17 km east from Plzen. The town is in the lowland bordered by hilly woodlands. Rokycany was first mentioned in 1110. Object (15925) Rokycany is a main-belt minor planet named after Rokycany.
In keeping with ESOP tradition, post conference excursions will be offered.
Due to the international character of the symposium all lectures are presented in English.

Symposium is organized by Rokycany & Plzeň Observatory with co-organization by Town Rokycany (represented by his mayor Václav Kočí) and Occultation & Astrometry Section of Czech Astronomical Society.
